Redesign Ajans is a design studio bringing identity, digital product and content production under one roof. We work as a small team, concentrating on a small number of projects.
The word agency usually suggests a crowded structure, long meetings and files changing hands. We built the opposite: you speak to the person doing the work, with no layer in between.
Every project starts by understanding where the brand stands today. Sometimes that is a single conversation, sometimes an audit spanning weeks. The picture that emerges decides where the design goes — not the other way round.
We prefer long relationships. Knowing a brand over years produces far better work than a one-off project.
How we work
Fewer projects, more attention
We run a small number of projects at a time. It is the only way to give each one real time.
Solve, don’t decorate
Design that solves nothing is decoration. For every decision we ask what it actually solves.
Plain speaking
If the budget falls short, the timeline is tight, or the idea will not work, we say so at the start.
After handover
We leave the brand usable: guidelines, source files, an admin panel and training.

Brand audit, market and competitor reading, conversations with the team. Here we settle what we are doing and why.

Positioning and communication direction are written down. We agree on them before any design begins.

Directions are produced, presented and refined together. Three routes, each with its reasoning.
